Abstract
We wrześniu 2016 roku, na mocy uchwały Senatu Uniwersytetu Muzycznego Fryderyka Chopina, zakończyła działalność Międzyuczelniana Katedra Kształcenia Słuchu, jedyna tego typu jednostka merytoryczna o zasięgu ogólnopolskim, skupiająca nauczycieli akademickich z siedmiu wyższych uczelni muzycznych: Uniwersytetu Muzycznego Fryderyka Chopina w Warszawie oraz akademii muzycznych w Bydgoszczy, Gdańsku, Katowicach, Łodzi, Poznaniu i Wrocławiu1. Została powołana w listopadzie 1995 roku na wniosek Senatów wszystkich akademii muzycznych w Polsce i działała nieprzerwanie przez 21 lat, prowadząc bogatą działalność dydaktyczną, naukową, instruktażową i wydawniczą.
