Imaj}i vo predvid deka Republika Makedonija e potpisnik na mnogume|unarodni dokumenti (konvencii, deklaracii) koi se odnesuvaat nalicata so hendikep, a so cel da se podobri kvalitetot na `ivotot na ovielica i da se ovozmo`i nivna pouspe{na i poefikasna integracija vo op{testvenata sredina, pozitivnoto zakonodavstvo na Republika Makedo-nija na 25.05.2000 godina go donese Zakonot za vrabotuvawe na invalidni lica.
