REGULATORY AFFAIRS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH: PRESENT SCENARIO

Abstract

Ethical concern on practice of medicine mostly centered around the practice of therapeutic medicine. In biomedical and clinical research both researchers and participants are committed to improve of the health of society. Thus it is essential that research on human beings is governed by core ethical and regulatory principle. Global clinical research is exploring India. Drug companies are drawn to India for several reason. Government should take necessary step against or for a clinical trial conducting in India. This review article explores mainly present scenario and challenges on clinical research in India.
