RESEARCH CONCEPT OF THE PHENOMENON «INDUSTRIAL-FINANCIAL GROUP» AS INDIVIDUAL FORMS OF UNITING OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Worldwide management experience witnesses of the emergence of new, modernization of already existing ones and relevant significant expansion of the list of types and forms of organizational structures of entrepreneurship, the use of which enables enterprises with different competitive advantages to provide for the necessary level of their competitiveness. Unfortunately, theoretical aspect does not adequately address the mentioned empirical data. The relevant conclusions also apply to a microeconomic system such as uniting of technologically related enterprises (industrial-financial group). The concept of this phenomenon is in subordination to the concept of microeconomic system called «uniting of enterprises». The uniting of technologically related enterprises is a separate form of the uniting of enterprises, which was created with the initiative of the state on the basis of a large group of enterprises belonging to technologically related industries, that occupy the positions of national leaders, in order to coordinate their activities on the establishment and implementation of global basic pioneering innovations.
