RESEARCH OF INDIVIDUAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS COGNITIVE PRODUCTIVITY

Abstract
In this article revealed researches individual psychological characteristics, which influence to cognitive functions. The modern development of society makes high demands on human cognitive functions. Today the high level of information loads are exposed not only specialists-operators, but also a lot of people. Many scientists studied cognitive function. However, cognitive productive scarcely been studied, particularly in Ukrainian science. V. D. Bodrov, E. P. Ilyin, I. P. Pavlov, B. M. Teplov studied the effect of individual characteristics on cognitive function. Scientists have discovered the effect of the properties of the nervous system, brain hemisphere and temperament on productivity in operation. L. N. Korneev, S. L. Marchenko K. K. Platonov described the impact of the self-tasking to execution of activities. I. F. Arshava, M. M. Cherpita, O. S. Kocharian described the impact of stress on the cognitive functions. Researches have shown that the success of the activity depends on individual psychological qualities of the person. This allows us to study individual psychological characteristics more. Today in the Ukrainian psychology scarcely been studied individually psychological characteristics that influence to the cognitive productivity. Insufficiently studied individual cognitive productivity. Necessary develop methods for diagnosis of cognitive productivity based on individual psychological personality traits.
