RESEARCH OF SOCIALLY-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE AT THE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE

Abstract
A good socio-psychological climate promotes cooperation, loyalty in the group and responsibility for the result. The subject of the study is an analysis of the socio-psychological climate in the enterprise of mechanical engineering. The phenomenon of the socio-psychological climate and its influence on the feeling of comfort and satisfaction are described by the employees of the enterprise. The components of the psychological climate are analyzed: emotional, cognitive and behavioral. The results indicate that the high level of emotional cohesion and mutual assistance in the team compensates for the low level of work conditions of the team.
