RESEARCH OF THE ROLE OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES IN ENSURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Under conditions of modern economy, efficient functioning and qualitative development of enterprises depend to a large extent on the activity of their introduction of innovative activity, the application of innovative processes in the operational, managerial, marketing, development and implementation of innovative products and services. In connection with this, it is expedient to justify the role of innovation activity in ensuring the development of tourism enterprises. The article structured the stages of the essential characteristics of the innovation activity: innovation design; innovation development; innovation testing; innovation adjustments; introduction of innovation. The systems of attributes of innovation activity are highlighted. The importance of innovation in the context of the implementation of a set of strategic, tactical and operational tasks of the functioning of socio-economic systems in the context of dynamic changes in the parameters of their environment. Depending on the structural and functional parameters of enterprise development, a description of the role of innovation in the context of each of the stages of its life cycle is given. The factors affecting the risk level of the development and implementation of an investment project are identified. The types of innovation of tourism enterprises and the specifics of their application are characterized. Graphically depicts the impact of innovation on providing support for the development of tourism enterprises. Since innovation plays a strategically important role in the functioning of tourism enterprises, therefore, research on the role of innovation in ensuring the development of tourism enterprises will formalize profit maximization, structure business processes restructuring, attract untapped development reserves, improve the quality of tourism services, improve enterprise manageability, and optimize transactional costs, increase the agricultural security of consumers of tourism services, to automate technological processes and to develop the basis of rational nature management.
