Abstract
The development of ice and snow tourism is an important measure to optimize the industrial structure and enhance the stratification of residents' consumption. Using the literature method, based on the perspective of cultural creativity, the path of innovation and development of Jilin ice and snow tourism is analyzed. Jilin ice and snow tourism has superior natural resources and profound cultural heritage, which are the creative conditions and creative sources for the development of cultural and creative ice and snow tourism. Creative place. On this basis, ice and snow sports theme tours, ice and snow cultural connotation tours, and ice and snow health and wellness tours are the tourism modes that promote the development of creative ice and snow tourism in Jilin. The main paths to promote the development of ice and snow tourism in Jilin are to excavate the local ice and snow cultural connotation, shape the image of ice and snow tourism, strengthen the publicity and promotion of ice and snow tourism, cultivate creative talents of ice and snow tourism, and implement the regional cooperation development strategy.
