Examination of the function of sports in the college entrance examination from the perspective of healthy China

Abstract
The foothold of "Healthy China" lies in national fitness, and the internal driving force of national fitness lies in "active health", while sports entering the college entrance examination is an administrative means that uses external coercive forces to stimulate internal fitness motivation. This article comprehensively interprets the value of sports entering the college entrance examination in promoting a "healthy China" through literature review and other methods. It is believed that sports entering the college entrance examination has health promotion values such as focusing on the physical and mental health development of young people, highlighting the health issues of two special groups, aggregating the three major health promotion forces, and linking four periods of health management. It promotes comprehensive, whole population, and full life cycle health management from point to area, and helps to implement "Healthy China".
