Research on the teaching reform of traditional therapy course for sports health care and rehabilitation specialty from the perspective of integration of sports and medicine

Abstract
The "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline puts forward the integration of sports and medical treatment for the first time, which requires further promoting the deep integration of sports and medical treatment and accelerating the rapid development of sports. The cross-integration of sports and medical care to promote the health of the whole people is inevitable in the development of the new era, and it is also a hot spot in the field of sports health care and rehabilitation. In this regard, this paper uses the methods of discussion and interview, logical analysis, qualitative analysis, questionnaire survey and inductive summary to explore the teaching reform of traditional therapy courses for sports health care and rehabilitation majors from the perspective of integration of sports and medicine. According to the analysis of the necessity of teaching reform of traditional therapy course for sports health care and rehabilitation specialty, the analysis of the present situation, problems and students' teaching needs of traditional therapy course for sports health care and rehabilitation specialty, the optimization path of teaching reform of traditional therapy course for sports health care and rehabilitation specialty is obtained from four aspects: theoretical teaching reform, practical teaching reform, teaching means reform and evaluation and assessment method reform by using the method of induction and summary. It is proposed to adjust the teaching content of the course, strengthen the combination of theory and practice, adhere to the combination of market demand and characteristic mode of colleges and universities, train compound therapists, support the construction of information-based courses in schools, constantly improve and enrich my teaching methods with information-based courses as the core, establish diversified three-dimensional teaching methods, and at the same time, adopt the teaching evaluation method combining teacher evaluation with students' mutual evaluation, enrich various teaching evaluation methods, and further promote the teaching reform of traditional therapy courses for sports health care and rehabilitation majors from the perspective of integration of sports and medicine.
