Research on Torque Control of Electromotor of Automatic Guided Electric Vehicle Based on Back Electromotive Force Waveform

Abstract

To solve the problem of the permanent magnet synchronous motor's poor dynamic performance in automatic guided electric vehicle (AGV) , the torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor was studied.The off-line constant torque test method was adopted to realize the torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on back electromotive force waveform.The results show that the torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be adjusted quickly, and the dynamic performance is improved under the control of the method.
