REVIEW IN A PLACE OF TVENT TACTICS DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Abstract
The article highlights tactical features of the review in a place of event during the investigation of human trafficking, focuses on analysis of features of reviewing of the scene in typical cases, reveals the main types of evidence that may be found during the reviewing. The author stresses on importance of strict observance of the criminal procedural form of review in a place of event during the investigation in the short term in order to preserve evidence, as they may eventually be lost. It is concluded that there are a necessity and expediency of further improvement of research organizational and tactical features, which will be very useful for practical activity of investigator.
