Right of access to information on activities public authorities and its implementation law of Ukraine

Abstract
The author has analyzed the content of the right of access to information about the activities of public authorities. It has been found the relationship between the content of this right and the right to information and information rights in general. It also has been analyzed the duty of public authorities to publish information about their activities. The author has considered in detail the ways of implementing of this right and legal norms that regulate the procedure oh its implementation.
