Abstract
The factors of actualization / minimization of the professional self-actualization Ukrainian graduates risks are analyzed in the article, based on the data of sociological research carried out by V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University Department of Sociology during 2000th – 2016th. The examples of theoretical and empirical studies of foreign and domestic researchers of this problem are given in the article. Among the factors of professional self-fulfillment students risks actualization are determined such as mass popularization of highereducation in Ukraine; admission to Ukrainian universities accordingto the new rules; getting education due to specialty that was not a priority for an entrant; the lack of students motivation to study, etc. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of risk strategies models, the basis of which is created by the socio-professional plans of student youth. The conclusion is made on the necessity of researching the self-realization risks of Ukrainian graduates not only in professional but also in other spheres of their life.
