СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ОСВІТИ В СУСПІЛЬСТВІ: ВІД КРИЗИ ДО МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЇ

Abstract

The attention is drawn to the discrepancy between high social responsibility and the requirements for educators and teachers of higher education and the social status they take in society. The correlation between changes in the social environment, namely in science, society, economy and modernization shifts in e ducation, is analyzed, their influence on the formation of new educational imperatives is considered in order to prevent the increase of social danger. The factors of the social environment are considered - the development of 165 scientific knowledge, the transition to a knowledge economy and globalization, which significantly affect the modernization of education. It is noted that education, built on outdated conceptual grounds and realized in the conditions of the information society and knowledge economy , is a threat, not development. It is proved that knowledge can not be transmitted on its own, but only in unity with socio-cultural patterns and personal values. The significance of these values comes to the fore, which in turn, stimulates innovative processes in education
