Abstract
Article is currently being displayed and analyzed the most common risks of modern preschool education, institutions planning risk of improper, risk introduction innovation, risk of the introduction of new information and communication technologies and training procedural risks. Each risk is amplified and processed through the prism of content components of the key problem areas and ways to overcome. Drawn attention to the role of the leader in minimizing the risks of work integration capabilities of preschool, teacher requirements are considered family for their professional growth and improve. That summed up the risks examined, need a new teacher are able to quickly learn and adapt to change in education, that knows how to set goals and their striving for self-realization in scientific and methodological and practical activities.
