ROLE AND PRIORITY OF ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
Today, there are many approaches to determining the essence of the enterprise management process. Some believe that the main task of enterprise management is to ensure the most effective interconnection between its divisions. Others in the management of the enterprise see the implementation of the relevant functions of the enterprise. There is also an approach that suggests that enterprise management is reduced to solving current problems in its activities.However, the adoption of any management decision involves the use of the information basis derived from the results of the application of certain economic disciplines, techniques, methods, indicators. In this regard, it is necessary to determine the role and priority directions of management of a production enterprise, which would ensure the maximum effectiveness of the management decision, ensure its scientific and economic feasibility.It is important in the management of the enterprise to adhere to the principles of scientific, comprehensive, systematic, soundness of the management decision making. The provision of the above principles is possible only through complex analysis with the study of causal relationships of the dynamics of certain factors or indicators of the operation of the enterprise. Thus, the essence of the management of a production enterprise is based on a comprehensive study of the processes of enterprises and their components, the identification of causal relationships and development prospects in order to substantiate the appropriateness of managerial decisions and assess their effectiveness.The process of making a management decision on the results of the analysis of economic activity contains a set of various procedures that can be identified in separate stages, which can be used to build an algorithm for making managerial decisions based on the analysis of the economic activity of the manufacturing enterprise.The algorithm proposed by the authors for the management decision on the basis of the results of the analysis of economic activity allows to provide a step-by-step control over achievements of the set goals and deviations from expectations.
