Role of personnel's training in motivating the customers to use electronic bank services in view of Bank-Shahr personnel

Abstract
This investigation aims to specify the role of personnel's training in motivating customers to use electronic bank services in view of Bank-Shah personnel, assistants and presidents. Method of research is survey- descriptive and samples involve all the presidents (n=75), assistants (n=38) and personnel (n=336) in all Bank-Shahr branches of Tehran. There were 35 presidents, 28 assistants and 156 personnel selected as samples via simple random sampling method. Instrument for this research was researcher made questionnaire and data collected by it was studied by illative-descriptive static involving single variable T test. The results indicated that role of personnel's training in motivating customers to use electronic bank services was positive (p<0.001).
