Abstract
The article deals with possibilities to improve innovative understanding regarding periodization of development, notion, systematical structure and content of forensics and ordistics. An alternative for periodization of forensics development which consists of three periods with development of core innovative understanding of the notion, system, scientific status and other basics of forensics in the context of counteraction to crimes during the second stage of the third period and counteraction to all types of offences during the third stage of the third period. Brief characteristics of each period related to the development of forensics has been provided. An alternative for the development of a brief and thorough definition of the notion of forensics under the first concept has been proposed as a methodological non-legal anti-tort legal science which is based on the perception of the essence, consequence and other trends of work with subjective, objective and mixed sources of anti-criminal information which develops public technical means and general rules of treatment, tactical methods for conducting certain obtaining, complying and other procedural and non-procedural acts or their combinations as well as public methodological recommendations for counteraction to crimes. Similar definitions to the notion “ordistics” has been presented. But unlike forensics ordistics should develop secret methods of counteraction to crimes. An alternative for systematical structure and content of forensics basic course under the first concept and its division in teorology, technique, tactics and methodology which should be also divided in sections and topics has been considered. Attention has been drawn that ordistics should have a similar system and under the second concept additional sections on technical, tactical and methodological peculiarities of counteraction to various offences and achievement of the goal of different types of proceedings should be stipulated.
