Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of classification problems of the crimes against justice. The study of this problem allowed us to point out various approaches in this sphere. It was demonstrated, that the importance of classifying crimes against justice is not only according to the criteria traditional for criminal law (by degree of criminal act or object), but also by the subject of criminal act, victim or crime’ modus operandi. The author researched this problem with idea of proving, that it is not possible to conclude that one of the criteria for classification is dominant in the content of the relevant paragraph of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is also interesting that the establishment of classifications of crimes against justice, according to other criteria, influences the formation of forensic techniques, the emergence of special proceedings in criminal proceedings, the establishment of special protection of victims, the determination of jurisdiction and jurisdiction for the CPC of Ukraine.
