Satisfaction level of outpatients in multispeciality hospitals

Abstract

In the midst of, mounting number of multi specialty hospitals, there are certain benefits that the outpatient avail apart from primary health centers and clinics including Medical practitioner and specialist fees, Routine health checks, Prescription medicines, Alternative treatments, Healthcare information provided by the paramedics, Diagnostic tests, including X-rays and Vaccinations. As the intention of the study has been to assess out the degree of patient compliance, which is very essential and directly proportional level of satisfaction attained by the patient with the services provided in the healthcare system, especially the outpatient department in multi specialty hospitals. In the view point of the aforementioned, a cross sectional study has been the conducted in 100 patients with randomized selection from various departments, with the study period included 15 days. The assessment of the patients has been focused on the different unique services provided by the hospitals. The same has been taken into consideration meticulously and the study results are interpreted. It has been observed that the significant level of satisfaction with the various service provided by the selected multi specialty hospital.
