SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS’ THOUGHTS ON OBLIGATORY TEACHER RELOCATION AND RELATIONSHIP WITH SCHOOL, TEACHER AND LEGISLATIONS AT MINISTRY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION IN TURKEY

Abstract

The survey were conducted in central district of Karabuk National Education Schools. The data were collected by questionnaire technique from 126 school managers. The purpose of survey is to determine school administrator’s thoughts on obligatory teacher relocation. The survey focused on obligatory teacher rotation factors which is contribution of relocated teacher, incentive expectation, personal and organizational development and legislative competence of implementation. There is no difference of opinion among the group of gender, professional experience, experience of same institution, age, professional title, experience of management and number of school’s teacher. There is difference with group of graduation and legislative competence of implementation; group of management experience and incentive expectation. According to findings, relationship with school, teacher and legislation contribute positively to obligatory relocation system. Relocated teacher makes maximum contribution to system. Incentive expectation factor doesn’t make contribution to system.
