School organisational culture and inclusive educational leadership

Abstract
Contemporary schools need a special type or style of leadership. It may be called inclusive educational leadership. It can be built on some paradigms of leadership present in management theory but has to take into account the specificity of education with autonomous individual development for all as the main value and the main aim of educational institutions. Such leadership can be developed within the special type of organisational culture. Such culture needs to be supported and developed, as in Polish schools other types prevail preventing inclusive leadership and inclusive education.
