Scientific and Pedagogical School as a Creative Environment of the Attraction of Young Scientists to the Research Process

Abstract

The article analyzes the main factors contributing to the professional and creative development of representatives of the Zhytomyr scientific and pedagogical school. Taking into account, that professional development of scientific and pedagogical worker contains not only elements of professional activity, but aimed at realization of abilities and individual potential, considering the necessary, consistent and progressive changes aimed at continuous improvement of the staff of the department, a number of factors are distinguished: the presence of a leading scientist, who has a new idea of generalizing significance and is actively engaged in scientific activities, stimulating the subordinates; the presence of students and followers, capable of coping with the topical issues, stated by the leading scientists, formalizing it in a single, harmonious new teaching; a powerful scientific potential of the teaching staff of the leading; close ties with scientists of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine; positive internal motivation of young scientists to achieve success in scientific research; general tendencies of the development of the educational system in the state, which direct the scientific research and become its respective subject; availability of post-graduate and doctoral studies; the functioning of specialized academic councils for PHD degree acquiring.
