Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of legal support and procedures for resolving disputes in the field of public-legal relations through means of administrative legal proceedings. A comparative legal analysis of procedural legislation of Ukraine and the Republic of Uzbekistan was conducted, features were established, directions of the use of positive law enforcement practice were formulated.
