It is possible because the modern Philology has three objects (homo loquens, language, text) and a communicative focus. Short stories are discussed in light of dialogic sphere as the most important component of description of communication in the viewpoint of a philologist. This article demonstrates devices of dialogic between the Author and the Reader and signs of communicative relationships between the characters. These relations appear as dialogic or anti-dialogical.
