SIMULATION OF WORM-LIKE MACHINE
Journal Title: Strojnicky casopis - Journal of Mechanical Engineering - Year 2018, Vol 68, Issue 2
Abstract
The paper deals with bristled in-pipe machine simulation. Simulation model is developed and experimentally identified properties are added into the model to achieve high coincidence of the model with real machine. Simulation gives the answers to some selected problems.

Dynamic and Sensitivity Analysis General Non-Conservative Asymmetric Mechanical Systems
In this paper the concept of generalized form of proportional damping is proposed. Classical modal analysis of non-conservative continua is extended to multi DOF linear dynamic systems with asymmetric matrices. Mode or...
Modelling of Two-Seat Connection to the Frame of Rail Wagon in Terms of Resistance at Impact Test
This contribution explores how design changes can affect resistance of rail wagon seat-to-frame connections at impact test and proposes alternative way to construct such connections. Results were due to a nature of pre...
Modeling of Coolant Flow Within the Spent Fuel Storage Pool of a VVER 440 Reactor
The article deals with modelling of coolant flow within the spent fuel storage pool of a VVER 440 reactor. The spent fuel storage pool is modelled in a state of standard reactor operation. The coolant heating from the...
FSW Numerical Simulation of Aluminium Plates by Sysweld - Part I
Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is one of the most effective solid state joining processes and it has numerous potential applications in many industries. The simulation process can provide the evolution of physical quantit...
Some Facts Resulting from the Key Variables Used in the Description of the Recuperative Heat Exchangers
There are the various types of heat exchangers. The selection of the heat exchanger right type is the first basic assumption for its optimal operation. The heat exchanger calculation itself is another prerequisite for...
