SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article describes the preconditions for origin of unite individual schools in educational districts and criteria for selecting areas for such a union. A comprehensive analysis of the current state of secondary education in Ukraine was carried out. It was determined that a characteristic feature of rural secondary schools is their being underfilled. Secondary education exists in terms of underfunding from the state and underfilled schools become an additional burden for a local budget.
