Abstract
Studies showing the status, problems and prospects of European integration of Ukraine in the context of the shipping industry. Determined the main directions of the EU maritime transport policy, analyzes the main problems of reform in the field of maritime transport services. The results implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU on maritime transport are generalized.
