SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL BASIS RESIDENTIAL INSTITUTIONS FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT IN TRANSCARPATHIA (1900–1919)

Abstract
The social and pedagogical basis residential institutions foundation, establishment and development in Transcarpathia in the first decades of the twentieth century have been analyzed. Social basis of their creation were economic conditions of life, demographic factors, state policy in the children’s social care field. Pedagogical bases are treated in accordance with the educational legislation, the pedagogical theory and practice development, specialists’ training for work in residential institutions formation level.
