SOCIAL POLICY OF UKRAINE: LEGAL ASPECTS OF SUPPLY

Abstract
The work analyzes the social standards guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine and the mechanisms for their provision. It is established that realization of strategic goals of the state in the direction of raising social standards is facilitated by radical changes in the system of income distribution. The optimal way of constructing an effective distribution system is proposed, which involves the definition of value added as a single tax base for VAT, on incomes of individuals, on profit and a single social contribution. The necessary changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine are formulated.
