Abstract
Though headaches have established pathophysiological pathways and clinical manifestations, the reported prevalence and management strategies of headache vary across regions in world owing to demographic, social, economicand cultural diversities.These variablesmay influence positively as well as negatively the experience, progression and the management of headache. Hence, it is important to comprehend the impact of these diversities to provide greater resources for headache treatment and to reduce the associated headache care burden. Thepresent study isundertaken to study these variables as the possible barriers to headache care associated with TTif and migraine in a selected region oflndia.
