Software complex for text analysis in images and its conversion into a document based on machine learning

Abstract

This article addresses the problem of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and methods for improving it using deep learning technologies and post-processing techniques. Special attention is given to the application of various algorithms, such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), to enhance the accuracy of text recognition. Modern approaches to integrating OCR systems with other intelligent systems are also discussed, along with methods for error correction during the recognition process. The article presents a detailed methodology and experimental results that confirm the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The goal of this work is to create a system for automatic image-to-text conversion with minimal errors, which can be useful in various fields, including medical research, document archiving, and image processing.
