SOME ASPECTS OF SAFEGUARD AND PROTECTION OF CIVIL RIGHTS AND LEGITIMATE INTERESTS OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE NOTARIAL PROCEDURE BY NOTARIES

Abstract
The article deals with the forms of civil and legal protection of rights and interests of participants in the notarial procedure. The norms of the current notarial legislation and scientific researches on the chosen subjects are analyzed. The author concludes that one of the main functions of the notarial and quasi-national bodies of the state is the safeguard and protection of civil rights and legitimate interests of the participants in the notarial procedure.
