SOME ORGANIZATIONAL PROBLEMS OF REALIZATION OF STATE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION IN THE SPHERE USE AND PROTECTION OF MINERAL RESOURCES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of problems of organizational support of control and supervision over the use and guard of mineral resources, to the search of ways of their solving. On the basis of analysis of current legislation and judicial practice the circle of subjects are determined – public organs, authorized to set the facts of the unauthorized use of mineral resources and carry out the calculation of the losses caused to the state because of violation of legislation on mineral resources.
