''Some Problems in Translating Terms of Insurance Law in the Field of Pension Provision"

Abstract
The research deals with the translation of terms of insurance law in the field of pension provision. The urgency of this article is due to the lack of the German-Ukrainian dictionary of terms of insurance law, and especially the vocabulary of terms of pension insurance. As Germany has one of the most advanced insurance coverage systems, Ukraine has to take German experience in the field of pension insurance as soon as possible. The German terminology system is much more developed, so when translating, the translator often deals with so-called "terminological gaps", that is, the absence of a corresponding term in the Ukrainian language and, consequently, an equivalent term. In this case, the translator faces the problem of creating a new term in the language of translation, which should have the basic characteristics inherent in the terms in the language of translation, must be exact, unambiguous, conform to the norms of the Ukrainian language. Therefore, analysis of the basic principles and methods of translation, as well as the creation of new terms, is especially relevant. The sphere of pension insurance in the modern society becomes more and more important, and for Ukraine it becomes necessary understand the features of the German insurance sphere. This is especially true for translators, taking into account Germany's growing interest in our country. And if the language of translation lacks the necessary lexical units, the translators themselves are trying to create the appropriate lexical equivalent, using the appropriate methods of translation.
