SOURCES OF SCIENTIFIC UNDERSTANDING OF ESSENCE AND SPECIFIC SIGNS OF INVESTMENT RESOURCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to identification of theoretical questions of essence of investment resources as a difficult economic category. The scientific going is analysed and systematized near understanding of essence and features of investment resources. Specific signs and functions of investment resources and its value are certain for economic processes. On the basis of undertaken a study authorial determination of concept "investment resources" is offered. It is proved that investment resources have decision influence on forming of rates of the economy growing of economy of country.
