SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF PRACTICAL TRAINING OF COMPETITIVE FUTURE ECONOMISTS

Abstract

The article focuses on the analysis of the best practices for training future economists in the modern world and defines the main characteristics that stimulate competitiveness forming of the university graduates, namely, representation of the universities in the national and international ratings, availability of a wide range of training programs, close cooperation with employers, participation in international projects, flexible schedule of classes, availability of a developed infrastructure of the university, an active work of career centers, consultants and couchers. A scientific and methodical system for training a competitive future professional in the field of economics is suggested, which includes needs-motivational, cognitive-operational and reflective-evaluative components. The cognitive-operational component requires using a technological approach, which is implemented through a gradual introduction into the program of training a number of disciplines, the content of which should be adjusted to actualization of the concept of competitiveness.
