SPECIFIC FEATURES OF INTERNATIONAL E-COMMERCE

Abstract
In the article specific features of e-commerce are reviewed in the conditions of world economy globalization. The problems of e-commerce functioning are analyzed and, on this basis, some specific feature of e-commerce are identified, which can provide effective use of e-commerce in international business. It is found out that there are some factors, which affect the development of international e-commerce. It is also proved that e-commerce influences individual indicators of economic conditions: prices, production efficiency, the opportunity of price discrimination, fluctuation in entrepreneurial activities and etc. Due to the rapid development of e-commerce, the problem of security is becoming more important.
