SPECIFICITY OF SUBJECT-BODY COMPOSITION BUDGET-INVESTMENT RIGHTS RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the range of subjects of fiscal and investment legal relations, to clarify their specificity and the nature of the relationship. The peculiarities of the subject structure of budget legal relations are analyzed. The emphasis is on the differentiation of individuals, identifying the subjective composition of the budget legal relations relating to investment activity.
