SPECIFICS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROCEDURAL NORMS ENSHRINED IN THE CODE OF UKRAINE ON ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES AS A COMPONENT OF THE SPECIAL PART OF THE SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURAL LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The peculiarities of administrative and jurisdictional process in the system of administrative procedural law of Ukraine have been studied in the article. The author has paid special attention to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses as the basic normative codified act in the system of Ukrainian legislation on administrative liability. The author of this article has analyzed the content of administrative and procedural norms fixed in the codified act, their specifics and peculiarities, taking into account the development tendencies of social relations in the sphere of administrative jurisdiction.
