SPIRITUALIZED MAN OF CULTURE IMAGE UPBRINGING AMONG STUDENT YOUTH

Abstract
The article outlines the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of the spirituality of the teacher as the main factor in the formation of the spiritual face of the student in the modern Ukrainian school. On the basis of the analysis of the progressive tendencies of the historical past of natural science as a system, the main directions of professional coaching of teachers are outlined. It is shown that the educational influence on the students is carried out by teachers who communicate with them in the emotional and spiritual sphere as communicators of the formation of a spiritually, comprehensively developed personality of the student. the notion of "spirituality", the components of which are the highest values: moral, intellectual, aesthetic; and spirituality as a way of building a personality. It is emphasized on the pedagogical interpretation of spirituality as an integrated personality property, which manifests itself in the need to live, to work in accordance with the ideals of truth, goodness and beauty, which is an indicator of the level of human relationship. In the context of noospheric education, the introduction of synergistic, anthropological, cultural, and anthropocentric approaches is described. The noosphere approach to the preparation and development of the creative potential of the teacher and his orientation towards the education of the noosphere personality with the cosmic worldview and awareness of their organic unity and integrity with the World are revealed. The main task of the New Ukrainian School is outlined - the updating of the system of professional development of the teacher, one of the directions of which is the formation and perfection of his spirituality. On the basis of analysis and comprehension of scientific sources certain positions are determined that have a methodological significance for the formation of the spirituality of the teacher.
