Staff selection methods used by managers worldwide and in contemporary Ukrainian transition economy

Abstract
The article focuses on the analysis of the traditional staff selection systems, their disadvantages and possible ways of improvement. In addition, it describes the modern staff selection methods and discusses the possibility of their implementation in Ukraine.
