Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні тренди сучасної будівельної галузі. Проаналізовано структуру будівельних робіт за видами будівельної продукції, обсяги капітальних інвестицій, зв'язок між розвитком економіки країни та розвитком будівельної галузі як її складової. Виявлено ряд проблем, що існують в будівельній галузі, та запропоновано ряд заходів для їх вирішення.
