STANDARDS FOR A FAIR TRIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS

Abstract
The article investigates the issue of the fair trial standards in accordance with the European Convention on Human Rights. Right to a fair trial is one of the most important human rights among other universally accepted human rights. As a basic principle for protection of human rights its content is to regain of violated right using certain procedure. Modern political and legal situation in our society confirms the relevance of the questions raised in the article and proves the need to improve the national standards of justice.
