State financial control as security of the economy of Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the quality of state control as a mechanism for effective regulation of the modern economy. Today, the problem of the effectiveness of state regulation of the economic control mechanism becomes of paramount importance. The control should be timely, prompt, qualitative, effective, the forms and methods used by the controlling authorities should be of a multi-faceted nature, which will facilitate obtaining sufficient, accurate, reliable information during the control activities. Each audit or audit should contribute not only to correcting deficiencies that exist in the financial sector but also to prevent them, to strengthen financial discipline, and to improve the work or activity of the controlling entity. The essence of the mechanism of state regulation by financial control, and the formation of its economic quality, the effect of which is directed at the construction of financial and managerial relations of all economic entities associated with the financial activities of the state, contributes to conducting a state of integral financial policy, protection of its financial interests. The methodological basis of the article consists of general scientific methods of research and special methods, which are based on the modern scientific principles of public administration, economic and related sciences. The basis of the methodology of the study was a systematic approach, the methodological specificity of which is determined by the fact that it orientates research to reveal the integrity of the object and its mechanisms, to allocate various types of connections of a complex object and bring them into a single theoretical picture.
