STATE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK ENVIRONMENTAL RISK ASSESSMENT HYDROCARBON CONTAMINATION ECOSYSTEM COMPONENTS

Abstract

The It is shown that the impact assessment on oil quality components of landscape and ecological status of the territory at present carried out by comparing the actual oil content of their maximum permissible concentration (MPC). MPC oil set for water fishery water bodies (0.05 mg / L) and the drinking and public utilities (0.3 mg/L) water. For soils found roughly allowable concentration (JDC) for crude oil, which is 4 g / kg, while other types of component composition of hydrocarbons (natural gas and gas condensate) is significantly different from oil. Regulatory requirements for groundwater quality in general is not set.
