СТАТИЧЕСКОЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПРОФИЛИРОВАННЫХ ВЫПУСКНЫХ СИСТЕМ

Abstract
The main part of the loss of gas serviceability associated with overcoming the resistance of the gas exhaust process takes place in the valve-channel section of the cylinder cover. Due to the fact that the movement of the valve from full open to full shut takes from 70 to 120 degrees of crankshaft rotation, an increase in the exhaust capability of the exhaust system is important both in the initial stage of opening the valves, as well as in the final stage to reduce pumping losses, relative losses of gas serviceability during the ejection process to reduce the amount of residual gases. Taking into account the fact that this valve-channel system of the cylinder cover plays an important role in the general gas exchange system, the main attention was paid to the improvement of this system. The paper presents a developed methodology for improving exhaust systems, which contains the calculating-theoretical, constructive and experimental part.
