STORAGE OF THINGS THAT ARE THE SUBJECT OF A DISPUTE IN THE SYSTEM OF MEANS OF CIVIL LAW PROTECTION

Abstract
Storage of things that are objects of legal dispute is considered in the article as a legal mean of providing rights and legitimate interests of persons in property relationships. Historical origins of such kind of storage as well as its place in system of legal security means are determined.
