Strategic Communication of Russian Federation in Military Area of Republic of Serbia

Abstract
The aim of the article is to present the method of implementing the Information Security Doctrine of the Russian Federation – a strategic document in the context of the foreign, historical and military policy of the Russian Federation including the propaganda directed at both the Russian and international societies. The article will present, among other things, the algorithms for the implementation of the “Russian world” (“russkij mir”) ideology aimed at shaping the Russian Federation’s course of activities in the military area in the Republic of Serbia.
